  • Where are our Trays manufactured? 
  • Our Trays have been conceived and designed in Barcelona, Spain. 


  • How long will it take for my Awesome Tray to arrive? 
  • Delivery time for Spain and the rest of Europe is almost 5 working days, please contact us for more information regarding shipping outside of Europe. 


  • What payment methods are available? 
  • The following payment methods are accepted: 

    -Paypal

    -Credit/Debit Card 


  • How much does shipping cost? 
  • (post mail for packages ranging from 100 to 500 grams) 

    -Spanish Peninsula: Free Shipping

    -Balearic Islands, Canary Islands : 5 euros

    -Europe 4.42 euros 

    -Rest of the word 8.07 euros


    It is the responsibility of the customer to handle the requirements held by the law of their country in terms of online purchases from abroad.


    Shipments to the Canary Islands have additional charges to normal shipping rates (if the order is less than 100 euros) and must pay customs management: 

    -7% of the invoice by the IGIC

    -Import DUA 6.17 euros if the invoice is less than 22 euros

    -13.74 euros if the invoice is greater than 100 euros. 

    ID will be needed to process the invoice. 


  • Where do we NOT ship? 
  • We do not sip to the following destinations: Ceuta and Melilla 


    Regarding the content and information provided on the website, the seller reserves the right to modify the commercial offers presented on said website ( modifications on products, prices, promotions, and other commercial and service conditions) at any time. 


  • Where is my Order Confirmation?
  • Once the order is submitted, you will receive an email with your order confirmation.  If you are unable to find the email, please check your email spam/junk folder. 


  • How Do I Wash The Trays?
  • Regular soap and water.  Don’t put them in the dishwasher.. Avoid ashing on the trays with hot ash, as it can burn the finish.

  • Are rolling papers or cones better?
  • It really depends on your preference/rolling skills. Cones are quick and easy to fill and super convenient. Rolling your own joint is considered an art and can be an enjoyable pastime, but it does in fact, take more time. Remember, practice always makes perfect!

  • What do I do if something is defective?
  • This is highly unlikely to happen as we handpick and check all our products before shipping, but in the case that you suspect you received a defective item, contact us  through email so we can try to troubleshoot the issue. If your item is determined to be defective we would be happy to send a replacement.
